WP5 aims to develop a crop model for rye with particular emphasis on frost tolerance of semi-dwarfs to simulate and evaluate different genotypes’ performance under diverse management and environments. WP5 builds on the robust phenotypic dataset provided by WP3, while it tests and delivers novel rye management methods and practices for WP1 and the entire consortium.
