Jul 3, 2019: RYE-SUS kick-off meeting in Tartu, Estonia.

The RYE-SUS kickoff in meeting Tartu was perfectly organized by the Estoninan Crop Research Institute and conducted at the very beginning of the project. We shared timelines to understand the project objectives, understand milestones, risks, assumptions, as well as constraints and activated the experience and creativity of the RYE-SUS team to collaboratively create and visualize the project plan. The meeting ensured that all project partners are on the same page and have a common understanding of the project objectives.
